The cookbook Breaking Bread was published in November 2021 and has a wide range of recipes from the US southern states for everyday cooking, but also for large family celebrations. Valuable cooking tips and tricks are clearly described and enriched with anecdotes from David's extensive family history.
This cooking class box also contains four seasoning mixes used in the cooking class.
