Here you will find a selection of different seasoning mixtures that you can use as a rub or for marinades. Spice blends are a great way to give your grilled meat, roast or fish more flavor and aroma.
And there are two products which you can use as marinades only.
You can use my spice mixtures as rubs for grilled meat or fish to give them a savory crust. You simply massage the dry seasoning mix into the meat. I usually do this when it has to be quick and there is no time to marinate.
Of course there is more taste if you mix my seasoning mixtures with e.g. oil, vinegar and honey to create a delicious marinade for your barbecue steaks or a roast. With my products you can easily give your dishes more variety!
And if you're looking for easy-to-understand instructions, then check out my quick, easy recipes for rubs used as dry marinades or the preparation of wet marinades. You can also find preparation tips with the products!
There are different rubs and marinades that you can choose from based on your taste and the result you want.
For example, you can use the Universal Dry Rub for juicy ribs (best together with my BBQ sauce Louisiana Soul), the to-be-launced Fish & Sea for a tasty salmon steak or Louisiana 18 for a tender chicken.
With my Wild Meadow you have three options for preparing venison or beef, although I recommend the wet marinade because it makes the meat softer and more tender. The acid in whey or yoghurt also takes away the strong game taste that some people find too intense.
The Pulled Ginger Turkey mix is a delicious marinade mixture for any kind of poultry - not only turkey!
