Louisiana Hot is spicy-hot from chilis. Not exactly tradition in central Europe. For many, mustard, radish, horseradish, black pepper, and ginger are the main or only sources of spicy “heat” added to food. Which is a great contradiction to the overall desire to eat and live healthily.
