Louisiana Sun is a very hot, fermented chili sauce and is bursting with layered flavors.
Despite its spiciness, Louisiana Sun isn't just hot! It has the sweetness of yellow bell peppers and some honey, a mild acidity of cider vinegar and is rounded off with garlic and black pepper. The hand-picked, fresh, yellow chillies and the yellow bell peppers give Louisiana Sun its beautiful, intense yellow color.
Louisiana Sun is handmade - just for you! But - due to the spiciness – certainly not for everyone.

Louisiana Sun is spicy-hot from chilis. Not exactly tradition in central Europe. For many, mustard, radish, horseradish, black pepper, and ginger are the main or only sources of spicy “heat” added to food. Which is a great contradiction to the overall desire to eat and live healthily.
For those of you who don’t know it: the health benefits of eating spicy food are enormous, for the mind, body, and soul! Whatever the source of ‘heat’ it should not overpower your dish or your person. This is why my Louisana Sun sauce is bursting with layered flavors, it’s not just HOT.
I promise to you, that every savory dish you prepare will burst to life with my chili sauce.
