Tangy yogurt dip in different variations

This recipe is very quick and easy to make. The dip is tasty and you can use it in many ways. You can use the basic recipe to make completely different dips in terms of taste, simply by stirring in different seasoning mixtures.

If you add more liquid, it becomes a delicious sauce that you can serve with a salad, for example. Simply mix according to your taste and feel free to experiment with other ingredients as well!

 

Dip with Bouillon

Tangy yogurt sauce with Moore than Spice Bouillon

This dip is very similar in color to the Poseidon dip, as both contain a lot of green herbs. In terms of taste, however, they differ significantly. The dip with Bouillon is vegetarian.

Ingredients

250 ml yogurt or sour creme
1 heaped tbsp. Bouillon
  juice from ½ lemon
  fresh herbs, finely chopped (if desired)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of Black Gold or simply black pepper

Dip with Lamb Rub

Tangy yogurt sauce with Moore than Spice Lamb Rub

The dip with the Lamb Rub turns into a nice, reddish color.

Ingredients

250 ml yogurt or sour creme
1 heaped tbsp. Lamb Rub
  juice from ½ lemon
  fresh herbs, finely chopped (if desired)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of Black Gold or simply black pepper

Dip with Louisiana 18

For this dip I use orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed).

Ingredients

250 ml yogurt or sour creme
1 heaped tbsp. Louisiana 18
  juice from ½ orange
  fresh herbs, finely chopped (if desired)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of Black Gold or simply black pepper

Dip with Poseidon

Tangy yogurt sauce with Moore than Spice Poseidon

This dip is very similar in color to the Bouillon dip, as both contain a lot of green herbs. In terms of taste, however, they differ significantly.

Dip with Universal Dry Rub

Tangy yogurt sauce with Moore than Spice Universal Dry Rub

The dip with the Universal Dry Rub also has a red base tone. In terms of taste, it is less minty than with the Lamb Rub.

  juice from ½ lemon
  fresh herbs, finely chopped (if desired)
