I use Louisiana 18 on almost everything, but I suppose you want a little tip or two. My most useful tip is to use it wherever you add salt and pepper:
Note: With Moore than Spice products, the salt content is minimal. You may need to add additional salt to your personal taste.
Ingredients: Celery, onion, 15% garlic, 9% turmeric, 7% smoked paprika, 7% allspice, 7% cumin, 5% mountain salt, 4% mixed pepper (black, white, green and rose pepper), coriander, juniper berries, cayenne pepper (chili), cardamom seeds, oregano, basil, rosemary, bay leaves, cloves
May contain traces of mustard.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl to quickly create a tasty dip.

|a pinch of pepper, eg. Black Gold or simply black pepper|
You can intensify the taste of Louisiana 18 when you not only season with it, but when you create a “wet rub” glaze, using your Louisiana 18.
Ingredients for 1.5 kg meat
|3 tbsp.||Louisiana 18|
|2 tbsp.||olive oil (or any other oil to your taste)|
|1 tbsp.||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 tbsp.||orange juice|
Tip: If you want to add some hotness to your wet rub, you can also add 1 tbs. of Louisiana Hot!
