Did you know that in the 16th century black peppercorns were worth more than gold, and used as currency? Pepper is still to this day regarded as the king of spice.

My pepper mix is a harmonious combination of 6 different peppercorns. An aromatic bouquet of flavor, citrus, earthy, floral, woodsy, nutty and even lightly sweet, you’ll find them all here in Black Gold.

Use

Apply this taste-selected combination with all of my recipes, and all your cooking needs. Wherever you might use “King Pepper”, use this:

• it’s fantastic for all your grilling needs,

• leave it whole for a whole-peppercorn crust,
• use it in your marinades, sauces, glazes,
• and even in your smoker.
