Use the Gingerbread Spice for versatile baking:

• For our gingerbread recipe, we use 15 to 18 g of gingerbread spice per 500 g of flour. The amount of a spice mix is ​​of course always a matter of taste. If you want a milder taste, just use 10 g per 500 g of flour.
• Gingerbread Spice is the perfect companion for wintry desserts and cakes, too. You can use it just like our Winter Magic. Have a look at these RECIPES!
• The spice mixture also refines many other doughs in Christmas baking, such as shortcrust pastry, sponge cake and yeast dough. The gingerbread spice is ideal for cakes and cookies. Try it in fruit bread or honey cake!
